The job involved complete revamping of the plant and involved around 300 lines connected to furnace, turbines, compressors, pumps, columns and heat exchangers.
The Job involved expansion of existing facilities of FDY2 and FDY3 units. Stress analysis is to be done for product/melt line and associated HTM lines from distribution valve up to the machines. Stress analysis scope included around 220 lines to be completed with revisions from site to cater the changing needs of clients.
